“In process” promo code: In the event of an unsuccessful transaction during ticket processing, the promo code will show as “In process” and will become available again after 30 minutes. 

• Points become active for redemption once a specific quantity, necessary for a ticket purchase, has accumulated.
• Points are credited when purchasing tickets under the “Standard” and “Business” tariffs.
• You can pay for “Standard” and “Business” tickets with points.
• Points will expire if the loyalty program participant does not use them within one year.

• A personal account is created automatically upon ticket purchase, according to the purchase rules, which must be agreed to when processing an e-ticket.
• You can delete your personal account by submitting a request via the feedback form in the “E-ticket Technical Support” section.
