Ticket is not refundable and cannot be exchanged.

Basis: Article 23 of the Federal Law No. 259 dated November 8, 2007 “Charter of Road Transport and Urban Ground Electric Transport,” which provides for the refund of fares, baggage carriage, and hand luggage only for intercity routes.

The express bus routes do not provide for preferential fares for passengers due to the fact that passenger transportation on adjacent interregional regular transportation routes is carried out at unregulated tariffs under public road contracts.

Travel is free of charge (no separate ticket is required) for children under 7 years of age upon presentation of supporting documents, and on the day they turn 7. A ticket must be purchased at the company's standard fares for children who have already turned 7.
