Gazprombank School students received practical training in the framework of the industrial partnership with Aeroexpress
Jul 1, 2026
17 students of the educational institution presented a comprehensive educational project "Aeroexpress: on our way". His main goal was to provide students with practical experience working with a real business task.
Since the fall of 2025, the students, under the guidance of the Deputy director of the Gazprombank School, T.Y. Hassan, and teachers-mentors, R.M. Mukhtarova, I.E. Smirnova, L.A. Heinze, have been developing creative solutions that could make trips of families with children to Sheremetyevo and Domodedovo airports more exciting and informative.
The children, together with the curators of the project, worked out a systematic approach to transforming a trip to the airport from a logistical service into an emotionally intense part of the trip. As part of the training, the students mastered the full cycle of project activities: from the idea to the presentation of finished materials.
"Participating in the project helped us put our knowledge into practice. We saw how theory turns into a real product that people can use. It was interesting for us to work with a task that is designed for a children's audience, and we are very glad that we did it," said Artem E., a 7th grade student at Gazprombank School.
The project portfolio includes five key products:
- Children's brochure "Active experimental collection of secrets. Issue No. 1" is a full—fledged on-board edition with games, riddles and tasks in the "look out the window" format, developed taking into account the psychology of children aged 6-10 years.
- The legend tale of the brand is an artistic story "The Secret of the Orange Badge", the heroes of which are the train Take-off Take-off and Eric the Bunny. The fairy tale reveals the brand's history through the lens of empathy and caring.
- The concept of masked characters - the images and characters of the characters have been worked out, capable of becoming the face of the children's direction of the company.
- The ideas of merch and children's travel kits — souvenir products are offered that are organically integrated into the concept of travel.
- Scenarios of useful videos — materials are prepared for broadcast on Aeroexpress trains and social networks during the summer.
"This project has become a valuable methodological practice for us. The guys worked on a live case, learned how to formulate hypotheses, test them and defend their solutions. We see a high level of independence and responsibility of the team: the children did not just offer disparate ideas, but built a coherent, logically related concept. This is exactly the skill that is important for every specialist in their field to develop — systematic thinking and competent work with real requests," said Vera Agafonova, head of the Aeroexpress press service, noting that Aeroexpress specialists rated the project as "excellent."
"The joint project gave our guys the experience of working with a real customer. They understood what a business task is, the terms of reference, feedback from professionals, saw how the company works from the inside, and gained teamwork skills. For the first time, some guys seriously thought about management, logistics, and service design. You have given the children not an abstract topic, but a living task — to increase the comfort of passengers on your trains. The guys studied the needs, analyzed, came up with and offered specific products. And, most importantly, you've heard their ideas and put them to work. We thank Aeroexpress and personally Yuri Ivanovich Evdokimov for the trust and invaluable experience that our students have gained," said Tatyana Yurievna Hassan, Deputy Director of the Gazprombank School for Educational Work.
Since July 1, Aeroexpress trains have been broadcasting videos from Gazprombank's School about the importance of collecting waste paper, helping shelters, giving things a second life, and other social topics, also prepared as part of the Aeroexpress: On Our Way educational project. Video materials created by schoolchildren on how to behave correctly in the information space will be posted on Aeroexpress's social networks this summer.
