Most often, passengers traditionally forgot winter hats, gloves and mittens, phones, headphones and chargers, as well as backpacks and bags on trains. There were also unusual finds: a red Santa Claus hat, a juicer, a Monopoly board game, a student ID, 8 chocolate bars and popcorn.
To help passengers return lost items, the company operates a lost property warehouse: all finds found after the end of the trip are sent there. In case of loss of items, the passenger must contact the Aeroexpress hotline or the shift specialist at the company terminal and file a loss report. A response will be provided to the contact details specified in the report. Lost items are issued against a receipt upon presentation of an identity document.
The Aeroexpress lost items warehouse is located in the company's depot, which is located next to the Belorussky railway station at the following address: Moscow, Nizhnyaya St., 17. Passengers can pick up their items in accordance with the warehouse's opening hours: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday from 13:00 to 17:00.
The passenger must inform the company's employees about their arrival to the warehouse to pick up their lost items by calling the hotline at 8-800-700-33-77 (for calls from regions of Russia and from mobile phones); 8-495-663-84-10 (for calls from Moscow) one day before the day of issue.
