To use this new service, passengers need to:
- Visit a Ticket Office: Go to any Aeroexpress ticket office to obtain a personal confirmation code for online authorization. Bring your passport, proof of eligibility, SNILS (insurance number), and social card (if available).
- Register Online: Enter the received code, SNILS number, and date of birth in your personal account on the Aeroexpress website or mobile app. You will also need to verify your phone number and email address.
- Access Discount Tickets: Once your data is saved, the option to book discount tickets will be available in the ticket purchase section. You won't need to visit the ticket office or re-enter details for future bookings.
This new feature aims to save time and allow for better trip planning, with the option to select travel dates up to 90 days in advance. You can book up to two discount tickets at a time.
During your journey, carry your passport and documents proving your eligibility, as you may need to show them to Aeroexpress staff when passing through the turnstile.
Discount tickets can also be obtained from Aeroexpress ticket machines.
Eligibility for free travel includes citizens receiving federal and regional social services.
