The most common finds in any season are traditionally gadgets, cardholders, wallets and books. In the cold season, passengers often forget hats, scarves and gloves on trips, in the warm season - sunglasses, caps and umbrellas. In addition, company employees often find bags, bags, backpacks and even suitcases left by their owners.
There are also unexpected items. Thus, since the beginning of the year, blinds, canvas paintings, car keys, an alarm clock and Christmas tree decorations have arrived at the Aeroexpress lost property warehouse.
Note that more than 300 items were returned to their owners by company employees.
In case of loss of items, the passenger must contact the Aeroexpress hotline or the shift specialist at the company terminal and file a loss report. A response will be provided to the contact details specified in the report. The lost item will be issued against a receipt upon presentation of an identity document.
The Aeroexpress lost item warehouse is located in the company's depot, which is located next to the Belorussky railway station at the following address: Moscow, Nizhnyaya St., 17.
