Aeroexpress Lost & Found Office Moves to Company’s Depot

For passengers’ convenience, Aeroexpress Lost & Found Office has moved and will open at the company’s depot on 27 August. The depot is located next to the Belorussky Rail Terminal.

Opening hours of the office for passengers to collect their lost property:

Monday: 13:00- 17:00

Wednesday: 13:00 – 17:00

Thursday: 13:00 – 17:00

It is required that passengers contact the Lost & Found Office employees one day before visiting and collecting their lost items. Contact details: Aeroexpress hotline +7 800 700 3377 (calls from Russia’s regions and mobile phones) or +7 495 663 8410 (calls from Moscow).

On the day of collecting lost property, passengers should address a shift specialist at the Aeroexpress information desk at the Belorussky Rail Terminal who will provide all necessary documents to fill in, assist in completing them (if required), and give passengers the map and instructions on how to get to the Lost & Found Office from the terminal where their items will be released.

It is noteworthy that if a passenger has lost something on the train, it is necessary to call the Aeroexpress hotline, come up to a shift attendant at the terminal or the info desk and submit a claim to return their property. After a claim is accepted by the relevant department (usually within five days upon filing the claim), a reply will be sent to the claimant according to the provided contact details. Lost property is returned to its owners on receipt, upon providing proof of identity and after giving personal data processing consent in writing. It is also possible to contact Aeroexpress via the company’s accounts on Facebook and Instagram.
