“If in June–August 2025 there was high demand for various sandwiches, then this summer passengers chose pancakes twice as often, especially those with sweet fillings: pear and mascarpone, cherry, and boiled condensed milk. Travelers bought each type of dessert pancake almost a thousand times,” said Vera Agafonova, Director of Public Relations at Aeroexpress.

She added that Aeroexpress is constantly updating the onboard menu based on passengers’ preferences.
