Aeroexpress express buses carried more than 15 million passengers

Since the launch of bus express routes on the Sheremetyevo route, Aeroexpress buses have transported 10.9 million people, and 4.3 million passengers on Domodedovo.

Express buses to Sheremetyevo and Domodedovo airports make more than 500 flights daily, and the schedule is 99% accurate.

"Our buses provide direct, fast and predictable connections between the capital and the largest airports Sheremetyevo and Domodedovo. 10.9 million people were transported to Sheremetyevo Airport, while 9.6 million people used buses to travel to terminals B and C, 1.3 million to Terminal D. Express buses delivered 4.3 million passengers to Domodedovo," said Andrey Akimov, CEO of Aeroexpress.

He noted that a convenient mode of operation of express buses has been organized for travelers from early morning to late evening, taking into account the metro schedule.

77% of passengers on express buses in both directions purchase tickets from mobile cashiers and through validators on Aeroexpress buses immediately before the trip, 23% of travelers prefer the company's online channels (Aeroexpress website and mobile application), as well as the websites of partner companies.

Express buses to Sheremetyevo Airport run non-stop along the M-11 toll highway, with a journey time of 20 minutes. They proceed to Terminals B, C (route 1195) and Terminal D (route 1195D) from exit No. 2 of the Khovrino metro station on the Zamoskvoretskaya Line. Express bus No. 1195 runs every 10 minutes, and No. 1195D runs every 15 minutes.

Express buses No. 1185 depart for Domodedovo Airport every 15 minutes from exit No. 10 of the Domodedovo metro station on the Zamoskvoretskaya Line and arrive at Terminal T1 with a stop at Terminal T2. The stops are located on the airport forecourt opposite exit No. 2, at terminal T2 – at exit No. 9.

It should be noted that in April, 4 new improved NEFAZ buses entered the express route No. 1195 between the Khovrino metro station and Sheremetyevo Airport. They were equipped with thermal curtains on each door and insulated floors, ports for charging mobile devices, and improved noise insulation. For travel safety, the doors were equipped with green and red color indicators.
