In honor of the company's 21st anniversary, a meeting of the jubilee passenger took place at the Aeroexpress terminal at the Belorussky Railway Station. It turned out to be Marina Korobeynikova, a native of Sochi, who bought an Aeroexpress train ticket to Sheremetyevo Airport, she was flying to Kaliningrad. The woman became the 210 millionth passenger of the company.
After purchasing a lucky ticket at the Aeroexpress ticket office located in the terminal at Belorussky Railway Station, Marina was congratulated by Aeroexpress representatives: Alexander Narchuk, Director of the Passenger Services Development Department, and Rodion Zemlin, terminal shift specialist.
In honor of the significant event, the jubilee passenger was presented with memorable gifts from the company. Marina Korobeynikova has become the owner of an exclusive Aeroexpress train pass, which can be used on both railway routes of the company. The woman was also presented with branded travel souvenirs and a bouquet of flowers.
"This is my first time using Aeroexpress, and today's event was a pleasant and unexpected surprise for me. I was happy to ride the train, the trip was comfortable and fast," said Marina Korobeynikova.
The 210 millionth Aeroexpress passenger works as the director of a bookstore. In his spare time, he is engaged in country activities.
The company made another gift to the 210 millionth passenger - it arranged for Marina Korobeynikova to travel to Sheremetyevo Airport in a business class carriage, and on the way she was accompanied by company employees who told many interesting facts about trains and the work of Aeroexpress.
"For 21 years now, Aeroexpress has been comfortably and on schedule delivering passengers to Moscow airports. Today we have welcomed an anniversary passenger — 210 million people have already transported Aeroexpress trains since their launch. The trust of every passenger is very important to us. We are constantly developing customer services along the route and will continue to work in this direction," said Alexander Narchuk, Director of the Aeroexpress Passenger Services Development Department.
Aeroexpress was founded on May 17, 2005. For 21 years now, Aeroexpress has been providing a convenient and time-accurate way to get from Moscow and some regions of the region to the capital's Sheremetyevo and Domodedovo airports: since the company's founding, Aeroexpress trains and express buses have transported 210 million passengers to Moscow airports. At the same time, the company is constantly working on the development of the route network, taking into account changing transport trends.
