4 improved Aeroexpress buses started the route to Sheremetyevo Airport

For the comfort of travelers, the new buses are equipped with thermal curtains on each door and insulated floors, ports for charging mobile devices, and improved noise insulation. For travel safety, the doors are equipped with green and red color indicators.

"As part of the campaign to upgrade the fleet of vehicles on the express route between the Khovrino metro station and Sheremetyevo Airport, 4 new low-floor buses were put on the line. There are now 21 buses in the Sheremetyevo direction park. For additional comfort of travelers on the way, the new vehicles are equipped with USB and Type-C ports for charging devices," said Aeroexpress CEO Andrey Akimov.

All buses have spacious doors that make it convenient for passengers to board and disembark with luggage, and a modern climate control system maintains a comfortable temperature in the cabin at any time of the year. Buses are adapted for people with disabilities: there is a place for wheelchairs and a folding ramp in the cabin

It takes about 20 minutes to get to Sheremetyevo Airport by bus via the M-11 toll highway. The stops are located at exit No. 2 of the Khovrino metro station, at the airport – near the exits from the terminals. Express buses run from Khovrino Metro Station to Terminals B and C of Sheremetyevo Airport every 10 minutes, and to Terminal D every 15 minutes.
