In 2025, passengers appreciated Aeroexpress's services about 8,000 times
Feb 5, 2026
In 2025, passengers left almost 8 thousand requests using QR codes on trains, a hotline, a website and other available channels for feedback. Working with requests allows Aeroexpress to promptly learn about customer requests and improve the quality of service.
In 2025, Aeroexpress passengers began to provide feedback on their trips more frequently. Travelers wrote nine times more thank-yous and fourteen times more suggestions. Most often, passengers thanked the employees who helped them pass through the turnstiles during peak hours and accompanied people with limited mobility during boarding. The lost and found service received many positive reviews.
Among the suggestions, the majority concerned the opening of new stops along the route. In particular, the Lianozovo station, which was opened in the spring of 2025, has been repeatedly mentioned in passenger complaints.
"Working with passenger feedback is one of the key areas that is under special control in our company. We are happy to receive both passenger gratitude and suggestions on how we can adjust our work and improve our services. This year, the number of suggestions has increased by 14 times, which shows the engagement of our customers," said Andrey Akimov, CEO of Aeroexpress.
He noted that Aeroexpress uses modern customer interaction tools that make it easy to get in touch with the company. In every car of every train, as well as in all Aeroexpress buses and terminals, you can find a special QR code that leads to a feedback form. Passengers can not only leave their feedback, but also get help with information, write a thank-you note, send a suggestion, leave a complaint or claim, get a reference, or make a request on behalf of an organization.
You can also contact the company by contacting the information desks at the Aeroexpress terminals or leaving a request on the company's official website. Additionally, you can quickly get answers to any questions by calling the hotline: +7 (800) 700-33-77 (for calls from Russian regions) and +7 (495) 663-84-10 (for calls from Moscow and other countries).
