Every year, before the winter season, the company carries out planned preparation of rolling stock and terminals for operation in conditions of low temperatures and heavy precipitation. During the entire cold period, the current collectors of electric trains are treated with anti-icing grease.

The trains are regularly cleaned, and the climate systems maintain a comfortable temperature in the carriages. The entrance groups of the two-storey Aeroexpress trains are equipped with special flooring that cleans the soles of passengers' shoes as they walk.
