Aeroexpress decorated terminals at railway stations and airports for the New Year

The passenger areas are decorated with garlands, pine branches and decorated Christmas trees. In addition, thematic background music creates a festive mood for passengers.

Traditionally, on New Year's Eve, the drivers of Aeroexpress trains, which are on the way at midnight, will congratulate passengers on the holiday over the loudspeaker.

In the company's terminals, travelers can comfortably wait for their train. In addition to passenger service areas with ticket offices, ticket machines and seats, the terminals have various cafes, shops, hotels and other services. For ease of movement with luggage between floors, elevators and escalators are installed. The necessary elements of an accessible environment for passengers with limited mobility are provided: tactile tiles on platforms, special ticket offices and turnstiles, restrooms.

Let us recall that in early December, for even greater passenger comfort, Aeroexpress installed new soft seat blocks in the waiting rooms of all terminals: about 200 seats were updated, including a 15% increase in their number. The new seats will allow travelers to comfortably wait for boarding the train.

The modification of the new seats has soft seats and backs, improving the ergonomics of the design. The boarding blocks have special places where you can place hand luggage and personal items without taking up a seat. The upholstery of the new seats is made of durable and wear-resistant eco-friendly material in the corporate color of Aeroexpress.
