Aeroexpress prepares trains, express buses and terminals for operation in the winter season

The company's specialists conduct commission inspections of trains, check the microclimate systems in the carriage cabins and the serviceability of the windshield heating systems, restore the seals of external sliding doors so that the cabin maintains a comfortable temperature in any weather.

Depot employees diagnose mechanical and electrical equipment, control and measuring devices, check the operation of signal lamps, searchlights, buffer lights, lighting system of saloons and vestibules.

To ensure a comfortable stay of passengers in terminals during the winter period, Aeroexpress employees check the operation of heating and ventilation systems, availability of inventory and equipment for maintenance of outdoor structures, as well as inspect the readiness of cleaning services to keep terminals clean and sanitary.

The company's express buses also undergo technical inspection for reliable operation in cold weather. As part of seasonal maintenance, all on-board systems responsible for the smooth operation of transportation are monitored, the braking system, steering and running gear of buses are inspected. Special attention will be paid by specialists to checking the heating equipment in buses cabins and engine cooling systems, seals of doors, windows and hatches, door mechanisms. It should be noted that all vehicles are equipped with appropriate tires, which allow to ensure the safety of transportation in precipitation conditions.

Seasonal preparation of trains, express buses and infrastructure will be completed in November.
