Apr 25, 2024
From May 1 to 10, Aeroexpress traditionally organizes free travel in business class carriages for veterans of the Great Patriotic War who are citizens of the Russian Federation and their accompanying persons.
Participants and disabled veterans of the Great Patriotic War, former underage prisoners of concentration camps and ghettos, persons awarded the badge "Resident of besieged Leningrad", "Resident of besieged Sevastopol" and "Resident of besieged Stalingrad" can use the service on all Aeroexpress train routes.
You can issue free tickets at Aeroexpress ticket offices out of turn, for this you need to present documents confirming your preferential status. When issuing a travel card, company employees will present veterans with memorable gifts.
Let us remind you that travel in standard class carriages of Aeroexpress trains is always free for veterans of the Great Patriotic War. The Personal Assistant support service is also available. It is valid on all routes of the company's trains and is provided free of charge. The service includes meeting the passenger at the Aeroexpress terminal, assistance in processing travel documents, assistance with boarding the carriages and placing luggage on the Aeroexpress. If necessary, a company employee will accompany the veteran to the check-in counter at the airport.
