The company has released a new version of the Aeroexpress app for Android devices.
The app now boasts a fully redesigned interface with a minimalist design, user-friendly color schemes, and prominent buttons that provide quick access to the most important information and simplify the search for necessary details.
To enhance user convenience, the ticket purchasing process has been streamlined. New passengers will find a route map and a fare constructor on the main screen, which helps in selecting the most advantageous option based on trip parameters. For regular passengers who already know their preferred fare, there is a dedicated purchase menu that allows ticketing in just three simple steps.
For the first time, the Aeroexpress mobile app includes a dynamic schedule for the company's express buses, similar to the train schedule. Users can view this by selecting the type of transport, direction, and date in a unified scheduling field.
A new notifications block has been implemented to display any planned schedule changes, and the feedback form functionality has been expanded to match the company's website.
Aeroexpress is also working on updating the app for iOS devices.
The company launched its mobile app in 2013, which is now used by around 15,000 passengers daily. The app saves time on ticket purchases and offers more favorable pricing: tickets bought online at least one day before the trip are priced at 525 rubles instead of 550. Additionally, app users can earn points for their trips, which can be used for discounts on future tickets ranging from 50% to 99% under the "Aeroexpress Privilege" program.
The app also provides all necessary information about train and express bus schedules, fares, and travel rules.
