On December 15, New Year's mail opened in Aeroexpress terminals at Belorussky and Paveletsky railway stations. While waiting for the train, company passengers can send free greeting cards to friends or relatives, and also write and send a letter to Father Frost together with their children.
"The pre-New Year period is a magical time when we all want to give warmth and joy to those around us. Therefore, together with Russian Post, we invite passengers to forget a little about the hustle and bustle that many of us experience before going to the airport, and while waiting for the Aeroexpress, send a greeting card with warm words to their loved ones. And for the youngest passengers, we have prepared special forms for writing letters to the main wizard of the country - all of them will be delivered to the residence of Father Frost in Veliky Ustyug," said Natalya Saksonina, head of the Aeroexpress press service.
"New Year's Mail is an annual event that has already become a good tradition of Russian Post. Festive mailboxes can be seen in shopping centers, theaters and museums. This year, passengers of Aeroexpress terminals also have the opportunity to write congratulations to their relatives or send a letter with wishes to Father Frost. The Post will deliver all items free of charge," said Olga Frolova, head of the press service of Russian Post for the Moscow macroregion.
To receive a postcard, envelope and letter form, you need to contact the staff at the Aeroexpress information desk. There you can also find stationery and detailed instructions on how to fill it out. After filling out the postcard/letter, you must drop it into a special mailbox, which is also located at the information desk.
Please note that you must write the full addresses legibly so that the mail reaches the addressee.
A letter to Father Frost in Veliky Ustyug can be sent from December 15 to December 31, a postcard - from December 15 to January 14.
