Railway workers have completed the connection of the new railway line "Lobnya - Sheremetyevo Airport" with the Savelovsky direction of the Moscow Railway. The new exit made it possible to launch Aeroexpress trains from Moscow directly to the northern terminals B and C without calling at the airport's Southern terminal complex (terminals D, E, F) and reduce travel time to terminals B and C by 15 minutes, where all flights are currently served. The trip to the northern terminals of the airport now takes about 35 minutes from the Okruzhnaya transport hub and about 50 minutes from the Belorussky railway station.
Aeroexpress trains on the Sheremetyevo direction run along an updated route - from Moscow, all trains arrive directly to terminals B, C and go to Moscow from these terminals also directly. The interval of Aeroexpress departures from Moscow to the airport and back has not changed - trains run every 30-40 minutes both towards the airport and from the airport. Trains also run between the southern and northern terminals of the airport. Upon arrival from Moscow to the Northern terminal complex (terminals B, C), trains after a stop continue to the southern terminals (D, E, F). Thus, passengers and airport employees have the opportunity to get to any airport terminal directly from Moscow, as well as make interterminal trips. On weekdays, trains between terminals depart every 30-40 minutes, except for early morning and late evening, when there are no interterminal trains. On weekends, Aeroexpress trains run between the Northern and Southern terminal complexes in the morning and then every 70 minutes during the day.
“Today, all Sheremetyevo arrivals and departures are handled in terminals B and C. Therefore, together with our colleagues from Russian Railways, we have developed a train schedule that will allow air passengers to get to this part of the airport 15 minutes faster and with maximum comfort, while maintaining the ability to travel between terminals for a large number of airport employees, as well as for those passengers who need to get to the southern terminals for one reason or another,” said Aeroexpress CEO Andrey Akimov.
You can view the updated schedule on the Aeroexpress website and in the mobile application in the Schedule section, by calling the hotline at 8-800-700-33-77 (for calls from Russian regions and from mobile phones) and 8-495-663-84-10 (for calls from Moscow), as well as from company employees in the terminals.
We remind you that you can board the Aeroexpress to Sheremetyevo from a number of MCD-1 stations: Okruzhnaya, Savelovskaya, Begovaya, Testovskaya, Slavyansky Bulvar, Skolkovo, Odintsovo and others. All current Aeroexpress fares apply to travel to any of the Sheremetyevo terminals from Moscow and back. The ticket price does not depend on the boarding/disembarking station and is uniform.
Passengers are transported to Sheremetyevo Airport by modern double-decker trains, which have everything necessary for a comfortable trip to the airport: soft ergonomic chairs, luggage racks, restrooms, a climate control system with an air disinfection function, sockets and Wi-Fi access.
The station complex, where Aeroexpress trains arrive, is connected by a convenient pedestrian gallery on the "dry feet" principle with terminals B and C. From the passage, passengers get to the floor where the departure areas of both airport terminals are located. The journey from the train to the airport check-in counters takes only 5 minutes.
