The company has introduced a new feature in the ticket machines that allows discounted tickets to be issued with a single click. To receive the ticket, simply select the "Discounted" fare on the machine’s screen and tap your social card on the reader—the process takes just a few seconds.
This new feature is already available in ticket machines located in the company’s terminals at Belorussky and Kievsky railway stations, in the Sheremetyevo, Domodedovo, and Vnukovo airports, as well as at the intermediate stations Okruzhnaya and Domodedovo town. The option will soon be available in Aeroexpress ticket machines at Paveletsky railway station and Verkhniye Kotly station.
Previously, discounted tickets could only be obtained at Aeroexpress ticket offices upon presentation of a passport and documents confirming eligibility. The new feature will significantly save time for passengers in the discounted categories and help reduce queues.
It’s important to note that citizens receiving federal and regional social services are entitled to free travel on Aeroexpress trains. The full list of eligible passenger categories can be found on the company’s website in the "Discounted Travel" section, or by calling the hotline at 8-800-700-33-77 (for calls from regions of Russia and mobile phones) and 8-495-663-84-10 (for calls from Moscow).
