The most common finds during this period were gloves, hats, and phones. Among the items left behind by passengers were unexpected things, such as a novel by Mikhail Bulgakov, a garage key, a thermos, ski poles, and a bag with a portrait of Vladimir Mayakovsky.
More than 220 items were returned to their owners.
To help passengers quickly find and return a lost item, the company has a forgotten items warehouse. If you lose something, you need to contact the Aeroexpress hotline, the shift specialist at the terminal, or the information desk and write a statement about the loss. After the application is received by the relevant department of the company (this happens no later than 5 days from the date of the request), the passenger is provided with a response to the contact information specified in the application.
The lost item is issued against a receipt upon presentation of an identity document, and a consent form for the processing of personal data must be filled out. You can also contact the company through the Aeroexpress profiles on social networks on Facebook and Instagram.
The lost items warehouse is located in the company's depot, which is located next to the Belorussky railway station at the address: Moscow, Nizhnyaya St., 17. Passengers can pick up their items in accordance with the warehouse's working hours: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday from 13:00 to 17:00.
The passenger must inform the company employees about coming to the warehouse to pick up the lost items by calling the hotline at 8-800-700-33-77 (for calls from regions of Russia and from mobile phones); 8-495-663-84-10 (for calls from Moscow) one day before the day of issue.
