200,000 Aeroexpress Passengers Become Members of Company's New Loyalty Programme

In six months since the loyalty programme was introduced by Aeroexpress, passengers have accumulated two million bonus points.

The company launched its new Aeroexpress PRIVILEGE loyalty programme on August 15, 2020. As of now, 200,000 passengers have already enrolled as members. In six months, they have accumulated a total of two million bonus points, which they can use to buy 5,500 Aeroexpress tickets for one rouble, thus saving 2.2 million roubles on travel.

‘Membership in the loyalty programme is a great opportunity to travel to and from the airport and save money. With each trip, passengers collect bonus points and can subsequently purchase tickets for just one rouble. Moreover, providing their Aeroexpress ticket, travellers can get a lot of discounts and gifts from the company’s partners and thus fully recoup their trip to or from the airport,’ said Mikhail Grafchikov, Chief Commercial Officer of Aeroexpress.

Bonus points are only awarded when passengers purchase tickets via their account on the website or in the Aeroexpress mobile app. This is a very convenient, completely contactless, safe and secure way to purchase tickets.

Points are accrued within 24 hours after purchase. Passengers collect 30 and 80 bonus points for one standard and business class ticket, respectively.
