Dear Passengers,

The world is currently facing a challenging situation. Flight cancellations, rescheduled trips, and concerns for loved ones require each of us to stay focused and take preventive measures.

We understand that many of your plans have changed. In light of this, we have decided to extend the validity of all Aeroexpress electronic tickets purchased from February 1, 2020, to December 31, 2020. If you have already purchased an Aeroexpress ticket, you can use it on any date you need until the end of this year—its validity has been automatically extended. This applies to all standard fare tickets. If you decide to cancel your trip entirely, the ticket cost will be fully refunded (Note: this applies only to tickets returned due to trip cancellations caused by the pandemic during the period of heightened quarantine measures; in other cases, ticket refund requests will be reviewed in accordance with current legislation). To request a refund, please submit a request through the feedback form on our website, aeroexpress.ru, attaching a scan or photo of the unused Aeroexpress ticket.

In this difficult situation, our top priority is to ensure the safety of your travels. Your peace of mind and comfort have always been and will continue to be our priority. I assure you that Aeroexpress is doing everything possible and necessary to prevent the spread of infection—this applies to all company infrastructure and rolling stock:

  • Enhanced disinfection measures are in place across all our trains, buses, and terminals—cleaning is conducted multiple times a day.
  • Disinfection includes all contact surfaces: ticket vending machines, ticket counters, door buttons, handrails, folding tables, etc.
  • Our double-decker Aeroexpress trains manufactured by the Swiss company Stadler are equipped with an air purification system. Before entering the passenger compartment, the air passes through a special chamber where it is disinfected using ultraviolet lamps.
  • Daily medical checks are conducted for our staff before they begin their shifts. They are provided with personal protective equipment and sanitizers.

When on board Aeroexpress, you are safe.

To minimize personal contact during your trip, we recommend purchasing tickets in advance via our website or mobile app.
