Over 1,600 Aeroexpress Passengers Used Personal Assistant Service in 2019

The highest demand for the service was recorded for the Sheremetyevo route, with nearly 900 people opting to use it. Passengers travelling along the Domodedovo and Vnukovo routes used the service approximately 500 and 170 times, correspondingly.

The Personal Assistant service is provided free of charge to passengers with disabilities and with temporarily limited mobility. The service includes meeting the passenger at the Aeroexpress terminal, providing assistance in obtaining tickets without queuing and placing baggage onboard the train, as well as helping them to board the train. In March 2018, the company extended the list of passengers who may benefit from the Personal Assistant service, making it applicable to passengers with children and expectant mothers. In addition to the Personal Assistant service, the Aeroexpress + Metro option is also available, with the assistance of the Moscow Metropolitan. Aeroexpress representatives meet travellers at the airport and accompany them to the rail terminal, where specialists from the Passenger Mobility Centre meet and accompany them to the required metro station. In 2019, over 600 passengers benefited from the Aeroexpress + Metro option.
