Other new options include the possibility to buy tickets ‘from one screen’ and a slider to switch between tickets (when purchasing multiple tickets simultaneously). In addition, the updated app also features the possibility to quickly order a taxi when purchasing tickets.
The Aeroexpress app is available for users of mobile devices that are based on iOS, Windows, and Android operating systems. Thus, the company has almost completely covered the audience of smartphone and tablet users – present-day business people, who comprise the bulk of Aeroexpress passengers.
“We are constantly trying to make our services convenient for all categories of passengers. The third version of the Aeroexpress mobile application provides the widest range of options. One of the latest version’s advantages is a push notification service, which allows the app’s users to obtain information online about any Aeroexpress timetable changes,” said Nadezhda Dorzhieva, Head of the Aeroexpress Press Service.
The new version of the Aeroexpress mobile application is already available for download on the App Store.
When buying tickets through the application, the prices are similar to those available at the ticket offices, Aeroexpress ticket vending machines, and on the website. All options are free of charge and will not result in an increase in the cost of the purchased ticket, which is RUB 320 for a Standard fare and RUB 900 for a Business fare.
