In order to purchase tickets, users will only need to point their mobile phone’s camera at their passport page and the app will automatically fill in the required fields taking a few seconds for the entire data entry process.
Passengers can be sure that their personal data is completely safe and secure as they are processed immediately on the user’s device, without being transferred to any third parties.
The module integrated into the Aeroexpress mobile app is programmed to recognize Russian passports. Improved algorithms, based on artificial intelligence and computer vision, ensure high-speed document processing and accurate recognition.
It is worth reminding that passengers when purchasing tickets must provide their passport details in compliance with the Conditions of Rail Carriage for Passengers, Baggage, and Cargo Luggage, approved by the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation.
Fares that are available to passengers via the Aeroexpress mobile app include the following: Standard, Duo, and Group. All of them are both one-way and round-trip. The combined Aeroexpress+Taxi fare and express bus tickets are also available via the app.
