New Aeroexpress On-Board Catering Concept

To improve passengers’ comfort during travel, the company is expanding service options aboard Aeroexpress trains on all routes of operation.

An updated menu with some new healthy meal items is now offered in standard and business-class carriages. This includes healthy breakfast meals and protein bars, as well as some combos for young travellers.

Goods for kids are also available in the catalogue, including colouring pages, riddles, puzzles, and finger puppet theatre kits. Adult passengers can purchase useful Aeroexpress-branded travel accessories.

Business class passengers will enjoy an extended list of complimentary options, including sparkling and still water, coffee (espresso, Americano, cappuccino), and black and green tea. From now on, passengers travelling business class will receive free travel kits containing comfortable slippers and branded wipes.

The company has equipped all standard carriages with coffee machines. After the train departs, passengers will be offered to buy freshly brewed coffee.

Passengers can buy Aeroexpress tickets from ticket offices and TVMs, via the company’s website and app, from company’s attendants at the airports and rail terminals, as well as at the Aeroexpress turnstiles installed on the platforms at the airports, using contactless payment options.
