Jul 25, 2018

In 1H2018, approximately 1,000 passengers used the Personal Assistant and Aeroexpress+Metro services.

Since the beginning of the year, 600 people requested the Personal Assistant service, which is three times higher compared to the same period in 2017. An average of 100 passengers order the service every month. It is primarily in demand by disabled and elderly people.

In addition to this service, the Aeroexpress+Metro option is available, thanks to cooperation with the Moscow Metropolitan. The company’s specialists meet passengers at the airport and accompany them to the rail terminal, where they are met by representatives of the Metro Passengers Mobility Centre and accompanied to the necessary station. Since 2018, over 360 people have used this service.

It is noteworthy that the free Personal Assistant service is freely available to disabled and temporarily impaired passengers. It implies meeting passengers at the terminal, assisting them in purchasing tickets without queuing, and helping them board the Aeroexpress train and place their baggage. In 2018, this service became available to travelers with children, as well as expectant mothers.

The Personal Assistant service was introduced in 2009 and is now available across all Aeroexpress routes. It can be ordered at by filling in a request form, via the hotline at +7-800-700-33-77, аnd also at the information desks located at the terminals and railway stations.
