The office is located in the pedestrian gallery of the Aeroexpress Terminal, covering an area of 180 sq m. Ten specialists are available to serve clients, including three bank product consultants. The office will be open daily, including on holidays.
At present, there are cafes, restaurants, pharmacies, and shops in the Aeroexpress Terminal. Passengers can leisurely enjoy their time while waiting for their Aeroexpress train or utilise their time by taking care of some important affairs before checking-in for their flight.

The Aeroexpress Terminal at Sheremetyevo Airport is a unique five-storey railway complex. Its total area covers over 50,000 sq m, serving as a single transportation hub connecting Sheremetyevo Terminals F, E, and D.
