Aeroexpress has extended the validity period of standard tickets purchased via the company’s website at www.aeroexpress.ru, its mobile app, or the online portals of the carrier’s partners. Starting from 6 December, such tickets will be valid during three days, including the day of purchase and until 03:00 a.m. of the forth day (e.g. a ticket purchased on 6 December will be valid until 03:00 a.m. on 9 December). For tickets bought from ticket offices, ticket clerks, and at the turnstiles, the general rules will remain unchanged, i.e. tickets will be valid on the date of purchase and until 03:00 a.m. the following day.
“We strive to make the purchase of Aeroexpress tickets easier and more comfortable and convenient. If a passenger does not use his standard ticket on the assumed day of travel, he will be able to use the ticket during three days,” said Valery Fyodorov, COO of Aeroexpress.
It is worth reminding that one standard ticket purchased from ticket offices, TVMs, ticket clerks or at the turnstile using the Pay@Gate service costs RUB 500. In order to buy tickets with a discount, one needs to visit the Aeroexpress website at www.aeroexpress.ru or use the company’s mobile app. The price of one ticket is RUB 420.
