Aeroexpress Updates Its Website

Oct 9, 2017

On 9 October, Aeroexpress launched the updated version of its website www.aeroexpress.ru.

The updated website enables passengers to purchase standard and round trip tickets (for one or two passengers), order the Personal Assistant service available for all the routes served by the company, register with the Aeroexpress Bonus programme, and order corporate boarding passes right from the home page – all in just one click. Users can access online information on flight departures and arrivals at Moscow airports. The ‘How to Get’ section has also been updated.

“We have combined up-to-date useful information with a dynamic and modern design. It is important for us to provide our passengers with instant access to the most essential data and to make the browsing process as enjoyable as possible. It is worth noting that the updated version of our website features one and the same design for all devices,” said Valery Fyodorov, Chief Operating Officer of Aeroexpress.

For users’ convenience, information about the company and news have been separated from the sections for passengers.

As before, a version for visually impaired users is available, especially designed in accordance with GOST requirements. All texts are in large print and there is an option to select the page’s background colour (white, grey, or black). The font colour depends on the background colour. The version for visually impaired users is available at http://aeroexpress.ru/special.htm.

An English version of the website is also available for foreign passengers.
