Aeroexpress has paid special attention to the process of trains’ technical maintenance. ТОРО SAP modules allow for automating rolling stock repair management processes by optimally distributing repair work terms and the financial resources allocated for such purposes, as well as reducing storage facilities rental costs.
SAP Fiori terminals will be installed at the company’s depot so that its specialists could look through the information on repair work terms. They will also be able to instantly change data on the number of equipment in the storage facility and job completion dates. A pilot terminal has already been put into operation.

The second stage of the project’s implementation is scheduled for autumn 2017. Aeroexpress plans to optimize its budgeting, business planning, and purchasing processes. The SAP Access Control risk-oriented system will be also deployed. This will help to avoid the erroneous issuance of rights to access the ERP system, which can result in abuse and fraud.
