The first version of the loyalty programme will be introduced in January 2016. It will be available for passengers purchasing tickets through online sales channels.
Passengers who regularly use Aeroexpress services will receive bonus points for their journeys – RUB 50 for a standard trip and RUB 100 for a business class travel. Upon collecting 200 bonus points on one’s account, a passenger can get a 50% discount when buying the next standard fare ticket. If the account balance is RUB 450, the journey will cost one rouble. To obtain a 50% discount on a business class ticket, a traveller needs to have 400 bonus points. To buy a ticket for one rouble, 900 points are necessary. “This programme is aimed at attracting new travellers and increasing the loyalty of those passengers who already use the company’s services,” says Rustam Akiniyazov, Chief Commercial Officer at Aeroexpress. “In the future, we plan to personalise this service as much as possible and to provide passengers with new attractive bonuses.”
During the second stage, which is scheduled for the second half of 2016, the programme will be extended beyond online sales and will be available for all passengers using Aeroexpress services.
