Aeroexpress and Hot Tours chain of sales offices have announced their cooperation at organizing ticket sales for express trains taking passengers to and from the center of Moscow to the city's three large airports: Vnukovo, Domodedovo, and Sheremetyevo.
This cooperation calls for developing an integrated approach to informing Hot Tours’ customers of this additional service for travelers, as well as organizing sales of boarding passes and e-tickets for Aeroexpress trains using the Agent Work Station system. The cooperation also includes mutual settlement and joint accounting of ticket sales.
“Our partnership with Hot Tours fulfills our main goal, which is to inform travelers about the opportunity to use Aeroexpress trains, which bring passengers to the Moscow airports or to the city center as fast as possible, in comfort. This service can be bought separately or as part of a package together with other travel products offered by Hot Tours chain of sales offices,” – noted Rustam Akiniyazov, business director of Aeroexpress.
“Cooperation with Aeroexpress means acquiring a new, reliable partner which provides a useful, in-demand, reliable service for taking passengers by train between the Moscow airports and the center of the city. Hot Tours’ clients will be able to save time by going to our sales office and completely plan their travel there, avoiding unforeseen difficulties at getting to the airport,” – explained Svetlana Makarova, general director of the Hot Tours chain of sales offices.
