Sheremetyevo Airport and Aeroexpress specify information about the possible closing of the Belorusskaya Subway Station (ring and radial stations)

Sheremetyevo International Airport and Aeroexpress would like to specify the information distributed in the media on September 8th, 2010, suggesting that both the Belorusskaya ring subway station and the Belorusskaya radial subway station will be closed, as stated by Vasily Kichedzhi, the head of the Department of Transportation and Communications for the City of Moscow. We would like to specify that the two stations are not planned to be closed at the same time.

According to information provided by Alexander Onosovsky, the official representative of the Department of Transportation and Communication for the City of Moscow, the reconstruction of these two subway stations will take place at different times, and will not require that the two stations be closed at the same time.

Thus passengers can continue to use one of the two stations in order to get to Aeroexpress trains going to Sheremetyevo Airport and back during the repair period.
