The new travel documents may be bought in Aeroexpress ticket offices located at the stations of departure of the high-speed electric trains. Companies may buy the commutation cards for their employees making a non-cash payment after contacting Aeroexpress JSC.

Aeroexpress commutation card works for its holder only (one person); once used, it will be blocked for 30 minutes.

Contactless tickets have an identification code thanks to which ticket inspector on the electric train reads the required information about the ride with the help of a validator, as well as at pleasure of passengers may check the number of rides unused. To verify the expiration date of their cards passengers may seek assistance of ticket offices.

The smart card is a universal media for coding travel document of any type and is more convenient for accounting. In the future smart cards are going to replace boarding cards issued to passengers in sales offices of Aeroexpress agents. Besides, thanks to them it will be possible to produce combined tickets with carriage partners (e.g. Moscow Metro).
