From May 1 to May 12 Aeroexpress carried 656 veterans and disabled servicemen of WWII and their attendants free of charge

In the period between May 1 and May 12, in view of celebrating the 65th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War (WWII), Aeroexpress carried 656 veterans and their attendants, who came to Moscow from the regions of Russia and the CIS countries, free of charge.

A free rail journey between Moscow and the airports was offered to the veterans and disabled servicemen of the Great Patriotic War and their attendants according to the Decree of the RF Government No. 1176 of December 31, 2009. The veterans were offered an unlimited number of journeys within the established period of time.

Let us remind that Aeroexpresses run on the following lines: Kievsky Railway Station – Vnukovo Airport, Paveletsky Railway Station – Domodedovo Airport, Belorussky Railway Station – Sheremetyevo Airport and Savyolovsky Railway Station – the town of Lobnya.
