Aeroexpress and Spread Your Wings! fund show young passengers clever cartoons

Nov 26, 2009

From November 25, Aeroexpress trains started broadcasting socially-oriented cartoons called Winged Stories for children and their parents.

The Winged Stories have five series called Tram Journey, Dangerous Traffic Incident, Forest in Danger, Football Day, and Sparrow Mother. The cartoons are aimed at teaching children to respect their elders, be tolerant, observe traffic rules, and take care of the environment and their health. A number of animated characters, including a cat, a sparrow and a bear tell children basic ethics and safety rules in an easy-to-understand way.

The cartoons are based on a vast experience of the Spread Your Wings! staff as well as the knowledge and effort of instructors and psychologists facing the problems concerning development and moral education of children on a daily basis. The cartoons were made by the masters taught at one of the most well-known film studios of the country called Soyuzmultfilm.

The Winged Stories were first broadcast on November 14, 2009 at the Theatre of Clownery of Tereza Durova at a benefit night of the Spread Your Wings! fund.

Everybody going to the airport or coming back home on an Aeroexpress train can see the cartoons today. They are expected to be broadcast throughout Russia: at Railway Stations, on JSC RZD trains, and at airports.
