Rossiya Airlines passengers to use free trains on Moscow – Sheremetyevo line

Aug 31, 2009

Rossiya Airlines passengers will be able to get from the center of Moscow (the Belorussky and Savyolovsky train stations) top the Sheremetyevo International Airport and back using free high-speed Aeroexpress trains from August 31, 2009. The traveling time will be 35 minutes.

Now the passengers of Rossiya Airlines arriving at Sheremetyevo from St. Petersburg and departing the airport on their way to the city can get a free ticket for an electric train in ticket offices of the Aeroexpress terminals at the Sheremetyevo-2 Airport and the Belorussky and Savyolovsky railway stations of Moscow, respectively. To get the ticket a passenger shall provide the plane ticket and the boarding pass for a Rossiya Airlines flight in the ticket office of the terminal.

A similar service is available to Rossiya Airlines passengers on the Moscow-Vnukovo and Moscow-Domodedovo lines.

It is worth noting that Ural Airlines passengers have been using a free airline express service on their way to and from Sheremetyevo since August 17. The new joint project with Rossiya Airlines is another step in developing direct cooperation between LLC Aeroexpress and airlines for providing free railway passenger transportation on the Moscow – Sheremetyevo Airport line.
