Aeroexpress Tickets Available Aboard Sapsan Trains

Aug 14, 2012

Starting from August 1, 2012, passengers on Sapsan high-speed trains can take advantage of a new service. It is now possible to purchase Moscow Aeroexpress tickets aboard Sapsan trains. For people travelling on these modern high-speed trains, time is a very important asset. Purchasing Aeroexpress tickets aboard the Sapsan enables passengers to save time by travelling to the Moscow airport via the fastest mode of transport and also avoiding queues and notorious traffic jams.

The new service is available aboard all Sapsan trains operating between Moscow and St. Petersburg, as well as Moscow and Nizhny Novgorod. Passengers can purchase standard Aeroexpress tickets to travel to or from three Moscow airports – Domodedovo, Sheremetyevo, and Vnukovo.

To improve the quality of its passenger service, Aeroexpress continues to develop new opportunities to buy train tickets, together with leading travel agencies, air carriers and ticket companies. “As of this year, we have been cooperating with such major companies as TUI, UTair, Ural Airlines, and Ukraine International Airlines,” says Rustam Akiniazov, Chief Commercial Officer of Aeroexpress. Along with the extension of the ticket purchase service, Aeroexpress also offers new options for buying tickets online. Since August, it is possible to purchase a return ticket from the company’s official website www.aeroexpress.ru. Tickets remain valid for 30 days from the purchase date and can be used for two journeys.
