Electronic travel documents (tickets) are issued at https://aeroexpress.ru/ and in the Aeroexpress LLC mobile application.
In accordance with the Rules for the Transportation of Passengers, Baggage, Cargo Baggage by Rail, approved by Order of the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation No. 352 dated 09/05/2022, non-monetary or preferential electronic travel documents (tickets) are issued if the passenger confirms the right to a concession when the electronic travel document (ticket) is issued.
To confirm the right to a concession, the passenger must contact the Aeroexpress LLC ticket office and receive a conformation code for authorization. When contacting the ticket office, the passenger must have:
- an identity document (passport);
- a certificate for the right to receive social services (issued by the social protection authority (Pension Fund of the Russian Federation) with their SNILS included, approved by Resolution of the Board of the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation No. 414p dated 08/19/2019;
- for residents of Moscow and Moscow Oblast – Moscow Resident Social Card (MRSC) or Moscow Oblast Resident Social Card (MORSC).
The passenger must themselves enter the conformation code they received when registering for an account, giving their SNILS number and date of birth on the website or in the Aeroexpress LLC mobile application.
After authorization on the website and in the Aeroexpress LLC mobile application, electronic travel documents (no more than 2 active tickets) may be issued without the need for further contact with the Aeroexpress LLC ticket office. An electronic ticket may also be issued for a person accompanying a Group I disabled adult and disabled children only.
Please note that when passing through the ticket barrier, if a Company employee requests as such, the passenger must provide documents confirming their right to the concession, as well as their identity document.
